In the Beginning

I grew up watching my grandmother bake bread. I remember the crunch of the crust and the nutty aroma and taste that complimented her homemade jams.

Over the past year and a half, I developed a recipe that reminds me of the bread that she used to make. With high quality ingredients and organic flax, this bread offers superb flavor and texture.

I just got an email from a customer saying... "it is the most delicious bread I have ever tasted!"
